ini regularly informs national and international organisations about the standards its members meet.

ini members apply individually for placements or assignments at organisations in Europe and North America. ini members send their application from their ini email account, stating their availability. If the application is further considered, the organisation will ask the ini member to come over for a placement or test.

ini never recruits candidates for any organisation: It is left to the organisations to decide whether ini members' applications are accepted.
